Driver & Sales Assistant – Samui

Why this role exists

We’re looking for an energetic, practical and proactive Driver & Sales Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our Samui Branch.

This is a varied, hands-on role covering retail sales, local deliveries, equipment servicing and stock handling. You do not need previous technician experience, but you should be comfortable learning hands-on technical work and dealing confidently with customers.

You must be a confident driver and hold a valid Thai driving licence, as local deliveries and collections around Koh Samui are an important part of the role. Deliveries/collections will involve lifting, carrying, loading and unloading of scuba cylinders, boxes and other equipment.

What you’ll do

Retail sales & customer service

• Proactively welcome customers, understand what they need and recommend suitable equipment.
• Build strong product knowledge and explain differences clearly and confidently.
• Assist with equipment fitting and handle retail sales independently.
• Prepare customer orders for purchase, collection or delivery.

Regulator & BCD servicing

• Complete Aquamaster’s regulator and BCD technician training during your probation period.
• Learn to inspect, service, assemble and test equipment to Aquamaster and manufacturer standards.
• Work under supervision while training and progressively take responsibility for routine servicing. Escalate anything outside your training rather than guessing.
• Keep service tools, parts, records and work areas organised.

Inventory & showroom operations

• Receive, check, unpack and organise incoming stock. Assist with stock counts, transfers and basic inventory records.
• Keep showroom and storage stock organised, replenished and easy to locate.
• Identify stock discrepancies or missing items and raise them promptly.
• Keep product displays, pricing and work areas accurate and presentable.

Driving & deliveries

• Handle local deliveries and collections around Koh Samui.
• Drive Aquamaster’s manual-transmission Toyota Hilux safely and responsibly.
• Load, unload and transport diving equipment safely.
• Check deliveries are correct and complete before leaving the store.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and report maintenance or safety issues.

What success looks like

• Work proactively with the Store Manager and Regional Manager, moving between sales, servicing, stock and deliveries as branch priorities change.
• Take ownership of tasks, follow them through to completion, and raise questions or problems early.
• Customers are actively welcomed and receive confident, helpful sales support.
• Routine regulator and BCD servicing is progressively handled independently after training.
• Stock, orders and deliveries are organised, accurate and completed reliably.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

• Thai national, aged 20 or above.
• Valid Thai driving licence and confident driving a manual-transmission pickup.
• Able to regularly lift, carry, load and unload scuba cylinders, boxes and other heavy equipment.
• Good Thai and English communication, with confidence approaching customers.
• Practical, reliable, proactive and interested in both sales and technical work.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn Aquamaster products, systems and servicing procedures.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, delivery, warehouse or practical hands-on work.
• Diving experience or an interest in scuba diving.
• Previous mechanical or technical experience.
• Familiarity with Koh Samui and experience with international customers.

ผู้สมัครต้องขับรถได้อย่างมั่นใจและมี ใบขับขี่ไทยที่ถูกต้อง เนื่องจากงานรับ-ส่งสินค้าและอุปกรณ์ภายในเกาะสมุยเป็นส่วนสำคัญของตำแหน่งนี้ โดยงานรับ-ส่งจะมีการ ยก ขน เคลื่อนย้าย โหลด และขนลงถังดำน้ำ กล่องสินค้า และอุปกรณ์อื่น ๆ

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

งานขายและบริการลูกค้าหน้าร้าน

• ต้อนรับลูกค้าอย่างกระตือรือร้น สอบถามความต้องการ และแนะนำอุปกรณ์ที่เหมาะสม
• เรียนรู้ข้อมูลสินค้าให้เข้าใจ เพื่อสามารถอธิบายความแตกต่างของสินค้าแต่ละรุ่นได้อย่างชัดเจนและมั่นใจ
• ช่วยลูกค้าลองและเลือกอุปกรณ์ พร้อมดูแลงานขายหน้าร้านได้ด้วยตนเอง
• เตรียมออเดอร์สำหรับลูกค้าที่ซื้อสินค้า รับสินค้าที่ร้าน หรือจัดส่ง

งานเซอร์วิส Regulator & BCD

• เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม Technician สำหรับ Regulator และ BCD ของ Aquamaster ในช่วงทดลองงาน
• เรียนรู้การตรวจเช็ก เซอร์วิส ประกอบ และทดสอบอุปกรณ์ตามมาตรฐานของ Aquamaster และผู้ผลิต
• ทำงานภายใต้การดูแลในช่วงฝึกอบรม และค่อย ๆ รับผิดชอบงานเซอร์วิสพื้นฐานด้วยตนเองเมื่อมีความพร้อม
• หากพบงานที่อยู่นอกเหนือจากความรู้หรือการฝึกอบรม ให้สอบถามหรือส่งต่อ ไม่คาดเดาหรือแก้ไขเอง
• ดูแลเครื่องมือ อะไหล่ เอกสารงานเซอร์วิส และพื้นที่ทำงานให้เป็นระเบียบ

งานสต็อกและดูแลหน้าร้าน

• รับ ตรวจเช็ก แกะ และจัดเก็บสินค้าเข้าใหม่
• ช่วยตรวจนับสต็อก โอนย้ายสินค้า และบันทึกข้อมูลสต็อกเบื้องต้น
• ดูแลสินค้าในโชว์รูมและพื้นที่จัดเก็บให้เป็นระเบียบ เติมสินค้าให้พร้อมขาย และหยิบใช้งานง่าย
• ตรวจสอบความคลาดเคลื่อนของสต็อกหรือสินค้าที่ขาดหาย และแจ้งทีมทันที
• ดูแล Display ป้ายราคา และพื้นที่ทำงานให้ถูกต้องและเรียบร้อยอยู่เสมอ

งานขับรถและจัดส่งสินค้า

• รับ-ส่งสินค้าและอุปกรณ์ภายในเกาะสมุย
• ขับรถ Toyota Hilux เกียร์ธรรมดาของ Aquamaster อย่างปลอดภัยและมีความรับผิดชอบ
• ยก ขนขึ้น-ลง และขนส่งอุปกรณ์ดำน้ำอย่างปลอดภัย
• ตรวจสอบสินค้าให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วนก่อนออกจากร้าน
• ดูแลรถบริษัทให้สะอาด และแจ้งปัญหาด้านการบำรุงรักษาหรือความปลอดภัยทันที

ลักษณะการทำงานที่เราคาดหวัง

• ทำงานเชิงรุกและประสานงานกับ Store Manager และ Regional Manager ได้ดี โดยสามารถสลับช่วยงานขาย งานเซอร์วิส งานสต็อก และงานจัดส่งตามความสำคัญของแต่ละวัน
• รับผิดชอบงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายและติดตามจนเสร็จ
• หากมีข้อสงสัยหรือพบปัญหา สามารถสอบถามหรือแจ้งทีมได้ตั้งแต่เนิ่น ๆ
• ต้อนรับและดูแลลูกค้าอย่างกระตือรือร้น พร้อมให้คำแนะนำด้านสินค้าอย่างมั่นใจ
• หลังผ่านการฝึกอบรม สามารถค่อย ๆ รับผิดชอบงานเซอร์วิส Regulator และ BCD พื้นฐานได้ด้วยตนเอง
• ดูแลสต็อก ออเดอร์ และงานจัดส่งให้เป็นระเบียบ ถูกต้อง และเชื่อถือได้

คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา

คุณสมบัติที่จำเป็น

• สัญชาติไทย อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีใบขับขี่ไทย และสามารถขับ รถกระบะเกียร์ธรรมดา ได้อย่างมั่นใจ
• สามารถยก ขน เคลื่อนย้าย โหลด และขนลง ถังดำน้ำ กล่องสินค้า และอุปกรณ์ที่มีน้ำหนัก ได้เป็นประจำ
• สื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี และกล้าพูดคุยกับลูกค้า
• เป็นคนลงมือทำจริง มีความรับผิดชอบ กระตือรือร้น และสนใจทั้งงานขายและงานด้านเทคนิค
• ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ และพร้อมเรียนรู้สินค้า ระบบการทำงาน และขั้นตอนการเซอร์วิสของ Aquamaster

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Retail, Sales, Customer Service, Delivery, Warehouse หรืองานที่ต้องลงมือปฏิบัติ
• มีประสบการณ์ดำน้ำ หรือสนใจ Scuba Diving
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องกล หรืองานเทคนิค
• คุ้นเคยกับพื้นที่เกาะสมุย และมีประสบการณ์ดูแลลูกค้าต่างชาติ
