GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

To become an Aquamaster dealer, new accounts must meet at least one of the criteria below

  • Dive Shop or Retailers
  • Liveaboard vessel Operators
  • Snorkeling Tour Operators
  • Hotels and Resorts

The applicant is required to complete our dealership application form and submit a copy of the company registration. Individuals who do not meet the above requirements are strictly prohibited from purchasing at trade prices from Aqua Master. We require a minimum purchase of 20,000 THB per year to be eligible to trade prices.

PAYMENT TERMS

First orders to new dealers are shipped C.O.D or prepaid. Net accounts that pay via credit card will be
charged an extra 3%. All bank charges for letter of credit, and wire transfers are to be paid by the purchaser. A service fee of 300 Baht will be charged to customer’s account for any cheque returned unpayable. Accounts past due will not be shipped until payment has been received. Terms are from date of invoice. A finance charge based on the maximum allowed by law will be added to late payments.

All out country shipments are EX. Warehouse, Phuket Thailand. No terms available to out of Thailand accounts.

RETURN POLICY

Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at Aquamaster’s discretion. Return of sellable merchandise is subject to a restocking and re-packing fee of 15%. A return authorization from Aquamaster is required.

SHIPPING POLICY

All prices are EX Warehouse and shipments are not insured. Aquamaster is not responsible for damage or shortage, which are caused by the carrier. Shortage or damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods to the carrier and Aquamaster.

BACK ORDER POLICY

Our order system adds back ordered items to your next order. Though your account can be set up to have all back ordered items automatically cancelled, please inform us. We do not pay freight on any back orders.

PRICE POLICY AND DISCOUNTS

In the interest of all market participants, Aquamaster recommends that standard discount offered to retail customers do not exceed 20% from our recommended retail prices. Aquamaster does not endorse the sale or passing on of our products to third parties at trade prices or slightly higher prices. Aquamaster reserves the right to discontinue the supply of certain product lines to customers who do not follow this rule and in a
repeated cases, to terminate the business agreement.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied 100% with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we will be happy to find a solution for you. During 7 days after your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund. The items must be in the original condition with its original packaging.

WARRANTY POLICY

Trade customers should send (postage paid) all items for repair or replacement to the Aquamaster shop or branch where the goods were purchased. According to our warranty policy, defective items shall be repaired or replaced. Special regulations may apply on different brands according to our supplier’s conditions. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice.
